Business Development at Autohost

The outbound business development engine at Autohost is the cornerstone of our sales function. We leverage signal lead prospecting and AI to identify accounts with the highest buying urgency, resulting in cold outreach conversion rates in the top percentile of SaaS companies. Our approach includes:
  • AI & Signal Lead Prospecting: All of our targeted accounts are generated through automation. You will be prospecting into companies that are in “Buy mode” 
  • Proven Playbook for Success: We have established a structured approach to each aspect of the role that ensures you have the tools and guidance needed to thrive. With hard work and willingness to master your craft, there is a clear path to regularly exceed quota

What You’ll Work On

As an Outbound BDR, you will be an instrumental part of our rapid growth and pipeline generation. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Drive conversations with prospects via cold calls. Our industry responds best to outreach via cold calls. Daily call expectations are 65-80 dials. We have a proven cold-call playbook and structure that provides a clear path to success, as well as ongoing weekly training. Additionally, we use LinkedIn outreach and email outreach.
  • Collaborating closely with our Account Executives to set up product demonstrations and drive quality conversations.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our product and the hospitality industry to position yourself as an expert to the prospects we sell to.
  • Actively participating in our weekly outbound training sessions to absorb concepts and become an aspiring expert in business development

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Access to high-speed internet to support remote work and ensure seamless communication.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in business development or customer-facing roles.
  • A coachable mindset with a willingness to continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle adversity and rejection with resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly activity metrics.
